We will slowly turn on the water supply at the irrigation point of connections (inside and @ the backflow).
As the main line pressurizes, we will check for leaks.
Check backflow device for correct functioning and signs of age or wear. Test the
backflow device as per certified testing procedures, including city requirements. where required. (This is an extra expense, if home owner requests it to be done)
We will close any taps and pond or fountain fills that are part of the irrigation system and were
left open to prevent winter frost damage.
Run each zone, checking for leaks, plugged nozzles, and proper operation of all heads
and valves. We will note issues. (Repairs will not be done at this time) unless time permits.
We will check and reset the controller date, time, and early spring program, leaving the
controller in the On position, and check the rain sensor.
If the controller is inaccessible, for example, if the controller is indoors and the client is
not present to grant us access, we will check all functions of the system by bleeding the
valves from the valve boxes. If we have to come back you will be charged again.
It should be noted that all start up repairs are billed as extras. (Such as nozzle/head replacements, backflow repair so your system will operate)
A truck Charge will be applied to all appointments, if new plugs are needed you will be charged extra, along with any sealants and supplies, and Batteries if needed. All WIFI connections are retained from the previous year, If we need to RESET/RECONNET the controller to the WIFI again, you will be charged extra.
ALL EXTRA’S MUST BE PAID AT THE TIME OF SERVICE
